Balanced/Domestic Balanced (Core/Value)
The investment management fee for balanced pooled funds is based on the account’s end of quarter market value and is billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. The fee schedule is as follows:
0.750% per annum on the first $2 million
0.450% per annum on the next $3 million
0.300% per annum on the next $5 million
0.250% per annum on the next $15 million
0.200% per annum on the balance in excess of $25 million
Minimum Fee: $7,500* per annum
Balanced/Domestic Balanced (Growth)
The investment management fee for balanced pooled funds is based on the account’s end of quarter market value and is billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. The fee schedule is as follows:
0.770% per annum on the first $2 million
0.470% per annum on the next $3 million
0.320% per annum on the next $5 million
0.270% per annum on the next $15 million
0.220% per annum on the balance in excess of $25 million
Minimum Fee: $7,700* per annum
Equity
MB Canadian Equity/MB Canadian Equity Value /MB Canadian Equity Plus/MB Global Equity/MB EAFE Equity/MB American Equity/MB Global Equity Growth/MB Global Equity Value
The investment management fee for these specialty equity pooled funds is based on the account’s end of quarter market value and is billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. The fee schedule is as follows:
0.800% per annum on the first $2 million
0.500% per annum on the next $3 million
0.350% per annum on the next $5 million
0.300% per annum on the next $15 million
0.250% per annum on the balance in excess of $25 million
Minimum Fee: $8,000* per annumn

This mandate is closed on a specialty basis.
Fixed Income/Long Bond
The investment management fee for specialty fixed income pooled funds is based on the account’s end of quarter market value and is billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. The fee schedule is as follows:
0.550% per annum on the first $2 million
0.150% per annum on the next $23 million
0.135% per annum on the next $75 million
0.125% per annum on the balance in excess of $100 million
Minimum Fee: $5,500* per annum
Short Term Bond
The investment management fee for specialty fixed income pooled funds is based on the account’s end of quarter market value and is billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. The fee schedule is as follows:
0.400% per annum on the first $2 million
0.140% per annum on the next $23 million
0.125% per annum on the balance in excess of $25 million
Minimum Fee: $4,000* per annum
Money Market
The investment management fee for specialty money market is based on the end of quarter market value of the portfolio and billed in arrears on a quarterly basis. The fee schedule is as follows:
0.250% per annum on the first $2 million
0.100% per annum on the next $33 million
0.050% per annum on the balance in excess of $35 million
Minimum Fee: $5,000* per annum
