McLean Budden ensures that clients are kept as up to date as possible. We maintain an annual service schedule for all clients, which includes a combination of meetings and reporting. 

Meetings

We encourage our clients to schedule regular investment meetings so that all parties maintain a full understanding of changing requirements. Consistent communication is vital to the effective management of assets. Portfolio managers and administrative staff make themselves readily available to answer questions and provide more detailed explanations upon request. Meetings are usually held semi-annually after the first year or as circumstances warrant.

Reporting

Comprehensive communication of our investment strategy and results is an integral part of our investment service.

Each quarter we prepare a report, which addresses the following:

  • Portfolio valuation
  • Distribution of assets
  • Transactions during the quarter
  • Portfolio performance

Additionally, McLean Budden regularly distributes the McLean Budden Perspective to all its clients. It provides an in-depth look at particular topics of interest in the marketplace.
